Bacardi Culture Campaign
The brief was to inject new life into this years Bacardi Culture campaign and to refresh the creative look and feel for all event collateral leading up to the 'Back to the Bar' and 'Founders Day' events. From this I produced brand guidelines for employee communications and engagement going forward.
In order to make this year feel different I added vibrancy and energy by evolving the imagery and colour palette. Photography shoots within the global business and getting employee participation gave the campaign authenticity.
