Conningbrook Country Park

To create a brand identity for a residential development within Ashford, Kent. The development consists of a new village, containing over 100 private sale apartments and homes, ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms. The outcome is a refined yet simple logo, combined with a rustic colour palette giving a sense of style and sophistication.

Production values will echo these traits, a leather bound case for the host and block brochures can be used to create a sense of quality and individuality.

The main focus is to replicate the Scandinavian style and message of Hygge. Local area and lifestyle photography will appeal to the target audience, illustrating the benefits of living at Conningbrook Country Park. Hoarding, digital and print creative will further showcase the imagery producing a lifestyle story to appeal to the target market.
