Upper Longcross

To create the brand identity and marketing collateral for this unique development of a completely new village in Surrey spanning over 300 acres and comprising commercial, residential, office and retail spaces.


The site has its own railway station, on the Reading to Waterloo line. The outcome was the creation of the brand identity, placemaking and marketing collateral for the residential elements of the development, in order to promote Upper Longcross as a destination and generate private sales.
