ESET Online Safety Awareness Campaign
Designed an end-to-end awareness campaign highlighting the dangers of online predators, with a focus on creating a clear, supportive, and accessible user journey for a sensitive topic. The project translated complex behavioural risks into engaging, easy-to-understand experiences that guide users from awareness through to action.
I mapped the full user journey, identifying key touchpoints and emotional states to ensure the experience was both impactful and responsible. This informed a cohesive suite of creative outputs, including a campaign landing page, social content, educational resources, and supporting digital assets - each tailored to different stages of engagement.
